ATIS 3

ATIS 3 is right now being certified as a wing in the upper safety level of EN B category. It is not a glider to replace ATIS 2, but define a category of its own – upper EN B. ATIS 3 is right now (October 2009) certified in M and L sizes, and as we speak, the S and XL sizes are in the certification process.

The main aim was to create a glider which will provide performance margin for active pilots, will be fun to fly, the handling will meet the demanding criteria of SKY gliders and still be safe enough to be rated in the EN B category even in the difficult manoeuvres using the speed system. We strongly believe we did it and ATIS 3 will curve a totally new category and will be either a glider for ANAKIS graduates or a perfect choice for occasional pilots with the right skills to enjoy and handle the performance.
